What time should guests arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to get seated as the ceremony will start promptly at 3:30.
Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside. In case of inclement weather, we'll move the celebration indoors to keep everyone comfortable!
Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?
Unfortunately, our venue does not allow overnight parking. However, there will be a shuttle service at the hotel to take you to and from the venue. We highly encourage this option as there is limited parking available at the venue. See the Travel section for more details.
Will there be a shuttle?
Yes! There will be a shuttle running between the Hampton Inn and the venue periodically throughout the day. The shuttle will be at the hotel to bring guests to the venue at 2:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. and will bring guests back to the hotel at 9:00 p.m., 10:00 p.m., and 11:00 p.m.
Will there be an open bar?
We will be offering a selection of beer and wine until it runs out, but it won't be a full open bar. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!
Can I bring a guest/date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please reach out with any questions!
Are kids allowed?
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. While we love your little ones, we want you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!
