Formal Invitations will be sent out four months prior to our wedding day.

Both the ceremony and the reception will be at the Creekside Venue at Gallatin River Hideaway.

We appreciate you letting us know if you can or can't make it, as it helps us plan accordingly. Please let us know by March 31st, 2024.

We are only able to accommodate guests named on the invitations.

We love your little ones! However, to allow our guests the chance to have an evening of relaxation, we request that anyone not listed on the invitation please not attend. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

This event will be semi formal. Please wear whatever makes you feel good and what you can dance in!

There will be a parking attendant to assist with parking for all of our guests.

The restrooms and tent are wheelchair accessible. The ceremony will be on grass but will still be possible to maneuver with a wheelchair.
