Flying in to Grand Junction Regional Airport, GJT, is the most direct, but Montrose Regional Airport, MTJ, is sometimes less expensive.  Montrose is an hour drive from Grand Junction.

If you're up for a drive over the mountains Denver, DIA, is a four hour drive to Grand Junction.
