Viking dinner at Ægir Microbrewery, Flåm

We suggest arriving early to get your seats, mingle and get settled before the ceremony. A friendly reminder to be punctual as the ceremony will start right on schedule.

A humanist will guide the ceremony followed by a handfasting ritual, which is when we exchange our vows.

Lunch BBQ menu: -Hamburger with moose -Mountains trout -Home smoked sea trout -Potato lefse -Potato salad -Cured lamb -Fenalår - lam leg -Spekepølse - Smoked sausage of sheep -A taste of Reindeer -Salat with tomato and feta cheese and 2 different greens -Strawberry/ rhubarb salad -Local cheeses of goat - and cow milk -Brown cheese -Norwegian butter -Local bread -Traditional home made flatbread -Seasonal berries, strawberry and morels

You're free to roam around the area and explore Aurland or Flåm(15 mins away by car). If you dont have a car and need a place to crash during the break you can stay in our room at Wangen.

Short sightseeing trip with a bus to Stegastein Viewpoint and then to the dinner venue. Meeting point : Wangen Apartment. Gather at 17:25. Note: Its a very windy area.

Its a 3 course dinner that helps connect you to the local heritage. Note: It can get cold at night so please bring a sweater or jacket. We will also provide blankets.
