When is the last day to send in my RSVP?

I can't find my RSVP Invitation! A member of my household is missing from my RSVP invitation?
If you cannot find your RSVP invitation, or a member of your household is missing, its most likely due to a spelling error we made when entering your name. Please contact either Rahul or Shreya to help correct that.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to contractual obligations with vendors, we ask that only guests listed on your invitations be in attendance. If there has been an oversight, and you'd like to bring a significant other, please contact either Rahul or Shreya.

Which airport is the closest to the wedding hotel and festivites?
Closest airports include Denver International Airport (DEN) and Colorado Springs Airport (COS). The Mining Exchange Hotel is located 81.4 miles away from Denver International Airport, and 10.1 miles from Colorado Springs Airport. Both Ubers and rental cars can be utilized to reach the hotel. The Mining Exchange Hotel is a 10 minute (3.4 miles) drive from Cheyenne Mountain Resort.
Will transportation be provided between the Mining Exchange Hotel and Cheyenne Mountain Resort?

Is parking available at Cheyenne Mountain Resort?
Yes, you are welcome to park at Cheyenne Mountain Resort during our wedding events.
Is parking available at The Mining Exchange Hotel?
The Mining Exchange Hotel doesn't have its own parking lot but offers valet services for $25/day. If you would like to park yourself, please utilize the City Admin Parking building located at:
130 S. Nevada Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80903.
The parking lot is a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

Is the venue and hotel dog friendly?
Yes, both Cheyenne Mountain Resort and The Mining Exchange Hotel are dog friendly.
Why am I having issues with the room-block code when booking with the Mining Exchange Hotel?
The room block only contains a pre-specified number of rooms. If the total rooms under our block have been reserved, you will not be able to complete your booking with our guest code. Please reach out to Shreya or Rahul in this case.

Is the wedding attire mandatory?
No, the wedding attire listed is not mandatory, but suggested.
Where can I locate your wedding registry?
Since this is a destination wedding, there is a strict no-boxed-gift policy. We’re excited for your presence, not presents. If you absolutely must, please give a monetary gift. Please refer to our registry page for more details.
