Yes, we have arranged transportation for those out of town the day of the wedding for transport to and from the AC Hotel for both the ceremony as well as reception. The shuttles will leave the hotel from 8:30-9 AM and then transport guests back to the hotel around 1 PM after lunch. Shuttle service for the cocktail hour/reception will then leave around 4:30 PM and then start to take guests back around 8:30 PM; the last shuttle leaving at 10 PM when the event is finished.

There is free and plentiful garage parking available at both the hotels in Bridge Park. There is free lot parking at the wedding day venue (The Club at Tartan Fields) for those who will be bringing their cars.

The Exchange at Bridge Park is conveniently located adjacent to the AC Hotel and within walking distance for out of town guests! Parking is readily available as well in adjacent garages.

We are sorry but children under the age of 18 are not to be assumed invited guests. As the wedding is smaller and to be fair to all guests we ask that arrangements for children be made in advance.

Indian brides typically wear red on their wedding day, so avoid wearing red to the wedding ceremony so as to not look like the bride. Guests are welcome to wear Western or Indian clothing per their preference.
