After talking with the resort and travel agency, the best option is going to be to reach out to our travel agent, Jane. You can reach her by email or phone. All you will need to do is let her know you are with Madison and Raley’s wedding party, how many nights you would like to stay at the resort, number of people/rooms and you would like the All Inclusive package. She will take care of booking the room, as well as flights & get you the best possible price. You will also have the option of a payment plan, she can discuss the details. Make them aware you are booking All Inclusive and with the Hendry wedding party.

YES! We need a total number of guests one (1) month before the wedding date to let the resort know to accommodate. If you do not RSVP, we unfortunately will not be able to include you and/or your guests.

Of course! Please be sure to include them in your RSVP and select the room that will best suit you.

The ceremony will begin at 5 PM with cocktail hour and reception to follow.

We recommend planning to arrive at least 30 minutes before time of ceremony. Please be sure to arrive on time.

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be outside.

Feel free to wear what you like! The wedding will be at sunset going into the night and it can get a bit chilly at dark.
