That's where our story begins. Two people, broken people, with a desire for one thing...following a man named Jesus. We only know each other because of Jesus, truly. As strange as it sounds, this is both spiritually and physically true. Our lives before each other had been shaped by God's love, bringing us from brokenness and darkness to a peace in the grace and freedom of His Son Jesus. But Randal would have never met Katie in October of 2014 had he not been in NY for a worship leaders conference (Hillsong for those who know them!). The resulting ridiculous and seemingly coincidental circumstances that brought us together would seem like fate or some other bit of good karma...unless viewed from the eyes of our Father God, who wonderfully and masterfully crafted the intensely specific moments which have lead us to be here today. A Texas boy dating a New York girl? Dating from a distance? Moments like these which lead to us being together today could only be crafted by a Master's (God's) hand.
