Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
We invite you to RSVP online here on our wedding website: theknot.com/marieandrandi
What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by August 24th.
What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?
Both the ceremony and the reception are at the Boxwood Social Hall at 18 Whitlock Ave NW, Marietta, GA 30064. The venue does have a wheelchair-accessible entrance.
Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?
The venue does not have designated parking; however, there are multiple lots and parking spots available on the square and a short walk to the venue. (See photo of lots)
We want everyone to be safe, so we encourage people to taxi or Uber!
What is the dress for your wedding?
In a nutshell:
Please wear whatever festive clothing makes you feel comfortable and happy. Festive cocktail attire for a wedding is a semi-formal dress code where people dress up while still allowing lots of room for personal style. Wear any color you like, sparkle in sequins, spin in silk, wear a long or short dress, a tie or no tie!
What is the weather like in Atlanta in October?
Generally, fall in Georgia is beautiful and mild. The temperature averages 50s to 70s.
Should I bring my children?
Thank you for your understanding as we share that our wedding day will be an adult-only celebration, with the exception of children from our immediate family. We've made this decision to help us manage our day as smoothly as possible and ensure everyone has a wonderful time. We hope this doesn't cause any inconvenience and that it allows you to plan accordingly. Your support means the world to us, and we can't wait to celebrate with you
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
With nods to our Southern heritage and Randi's love of Mexican food, we will have a buffet of heavy hors d'oeuvres. There will be something for everyone and lots to fill up on!
Will there be an open bar?
There will be an open bar with speciality cocktails featured.
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift we could ask for! However, if you would like to honor us with a gift, we have a registry connected to this website. You are welcome to bring a gift to the wedding or have it delivered to our home at 135 Roswell Farms Drive, Roswell, Georgia 30075. Again, this is entirely optional and not expected.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6 pm. Please plan to arrive by 5:30 pm. Keep in mind that parking is plentiful but is near, not at, the venue.
Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?
Officially, no. However, guests will move to the bar area for around 15 minutes so the space can be transitioned for the reception.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
During the wedding ceremony, we ask that you do not take pictures so we can all be fully present. However, there will be moments when Ray Waters, our amazing officiant, will indicate that photos are welcomed and encouraged!
During the reception, we would appreciate your taking and sharing some photos with us!
Will you be live streaming your wedding?
For our guests who are unable to physically be with us, especially Dr. Frank and Cathy Guilfoyle and Ms. Alice Bernard, we will be live streaming the ceremony.
Will there be dietary considerations?
There will be vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, and we will make sure the items are labeled accordingly.
