The hotel features a total of 62 rooms, with a range of options to choose from. The main Villa offers 13 rooms, including Charme Deluxe rooms for double single use, double rooms, and triple rooms (2 of which are suites, and 1 single queen room for one person). The Limonaia annex provides 24 rooms, including 14 “Garden” rooms restored in a modern style and 10 “Elite” rooms for double single use, double rooms, and triple rooms. The Paggeria annex offers 25 rooms, including 3 “Classic” rooms with a private terrace, 1 quadruple room, and 1 single room.

Flat rates for all available room types are as follows:

€175 for a double single use room
€185 for a double room
The rates are per night, per room in bed and breakfast. Please note that 10% VAT is not included in the rates.

We are pleased to offer parking free of charge and complimentary Wi-Fi to our guests. Additionally, the hotel provides extra services such as porterage for €4 per room/service, room delivery for €4 per room, and late check-out/early check-in for 50% of the room rate.

Thanks to its proximity to several public transportation stations, it is well connected to the main train stations of Rome, Termini and Tiburtina. By Car it is easily accessible from the highways, and just few minutes walk from the historic center and the famous shopping streets (Via Del Corso, Via Del Babuino, Via Nazionale).


FROM / TO THE TERMINI STATION

From Piazzale dei Cinquecento, in front of the Termini Station, take the BUS 86 or the 92 and get off at the Via Tagliamento / Via Clitunno stop. Then continue on foot along Via Clitunno towards Via Salaria for about 3 minutes until you cross Via Salaria. At this point turn left and after a few meters, on the opposite side to number 241, you will find the Hotel Villa Grazioli.

FROM / TO THE VATICAN

From Piazza Risorgimento take TRAM LINE 19 and then get off at the Piazza Buenos Aires stop, then walk along Viale Regina Margherita towards Via Salaria. At the intersection with Via Salaria, turn right and walk for about 200 meters. On the opposite side, at number 241, you will find the Hotel Villa Grazioli.

FROM / TO THE BASILICA S.GIOVANNI IN LATERANO

From Piazza di Porta S. Giovanni in Laterano take TRAM LINE 3 and then get off at the Piazza Buenos Aires stop, then walk along Viale Regina Margherita towards Via Salaria. At the intersection with Via Salaria, turn right and walk for about 200 meters. On the opposite side, at number 241, you will find the Hotel Villa Grazioli.

FROM / TO PIAZZA DI SPAGNA AND FONTANA DI TREVI

From Piazza di Spagna or Fontana di Trevi walk to Piazza (not far), then at the Piazza San Silvestro stop take BUS LINE 53 and get off at the Via Salaria stop, at number 241, right in front of the Villa Grazioli.

FROM / TO THE COLOSSEUM AND PIAZZA VENEZIA

From the Hotel, walk along Via Clitunno for about 5 minutes until you reach Via Tagliamento.

From there, turning left, you will find the Tagliamento / Clitunno stop where you will take the BUS 63, and then get off at the Ara Coeli / Piazza Venezia stop. You will thus arrive in Piazza Venezia and along Via dei Fori Imperiali you will arrive at the Colosseum in a few minutes on foot.

FROM / TO THE CATACOMBS OF S. PRISCILLA

Leaving the hotel on the left you can reach on foot in just a few minutes by taking the Via Salaria until you reach Piazza di Priscilla.

FROM / TO THE CATACOMBE S.SEBASTIANO AND S. DOMITILLA

Leaving the Hotel go along Via Salaria towards the center. After about 30 mt. at the Salaria / Grazioli stop, take the BUS 53 towards San Silvestro. Get off at the Barberini stop where you will find the METRO LINE A, to take towards Anagnina and then get off at the Colli Albani stop, exit the metro station and take the 660 BUS towards Cecilia Metella, which is also the stop where you get off. You will be so close to the famous Catacombs.

FROM / TO FIUMICINO LEONARDO DA VINCI AIRPORT

From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci airport go to the TRENO LEONARDO EXPRESS stop in the direction of Rome - Termini Station. Once arrived at the station take, in Piazzale dei Cinquecento in front of the station, take the BUS 86 or 92 towards Via Tagliamento and get off at the Tagliamento / Clitunno stop. On the opposite side of Via Tagliamento, in front of your stop, continue along Via Clitunno which will lead you to Via Salaria. Hotel Villa Grazioli is located at number 241
