Fall 2021. Randy was busy in his work season with Hard Drives Construction and Tara was busy at the Law Enforcement Academy in Helena, MT. Tara went home to Billings at the end of August for her friends' wedding. The couple matched on a dating app and began talking.

Randy and Tara first met at a local coffee shop. The coffee date lasted over two hours and ended with a polite side hug initiated by Randy. The following weekend Randy asked Tara out for dinner and a movie.

The couple clearly hit it off and began seriously dating, met each others friends, family and moved in together the following year.

During the year of cohabitation the couple went on many adventures, learning Randy is very much go with the flow and Tara is the planner. They also adopted a cat!

In the two and a half years together, they have not gone a day without speaking. If one or the other is out of town they always end the evening with a phone call.
