When do I need to RSVP by?

We ask that you RSVP “Accept” or “Decline” no later than March 31st, 2026. This is so we can provide our vendors with a correct final guest count. After this deadline, those who have not RSVP’ed will be marked as not attending. We appreciate your understanding!

What is the recommended dress code?

Semi-formal attire is the preferred dress code. Examples include: nice dress (cocktail or floor length) or jumpsuit/pantsuit for the ladies, and khakis/dress pants with dress shirt and optional tie for the gents. Please avoid jeans or shades of white.

What time should I arrive to the venue on wedding day?

We ask that you arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to ensure you can find a seat and not be rushed!

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Both! The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. The ceremony will take place in a large grassy area, so keep this in mind for shoe choices.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

We would love for our wedding to be used as a fun date night out! Invitations that include invited children will be listed specifically on your RSVP form. If you cannot find childcare accommodations and your child/children are not listed on your RSVP form, kindly let us know so we can discuss further!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Due to seating arrangements and food accommodations, we kindly ask to only bring additional guests that have been listed on your invitation. If you receive a guest, they will be listed on your RSVP form. Thank you for understanding!

Will transportation to and from the wedding be provided?

Yes, we are using a shuttle transportation service that will be transporting guests to and from the Home 2 Suites by Hilton. The shuttle will begin running at 4 PM and will run in approximately 15 minute increments. The last pick-up time prior to the ceremony will be at 5 PM. The shuttle will also pick up guests at the venue beginning at 11 PM and will run until the last guests have been taken back to the hotel.

Are there places to stay if I’m from out of town?

Yes, there are a number of hotels listed in the travel section of the website that are all approximately a 10 minute drive from the venue. We also have a block of rooms reserved at the Home 2 Suites by Hilton and at the Hampton Inn.

Do you have a registry?

There are a few items listed on our registry, but we have been living together for a number of years and have more things than we need! There is also a honeymoon fund to contribute to if people wish for our honeymoon in the Caribbean!

What kind of food options will there be?

We have decided to do a pasta bar (Italian food is the best). Gluten free and vegetarian options will be available. There will also be an ice cream cart for dessert!

Will alcoholic drinks be available?

Yes, we plan on serving signature drinks along with an assortment of beer, wine, and seltzer. There will also be a variety of non-alcoholic drinks. We kindly ask that you arrange a ride to get home safe in advance or use the shuttle transportation back to the hotel if needed :)

Where should I park on wedding day and am I allowed to leave my vehicle overnight if needed?

There will be designated parking available at the venue. Guests will be able to leave their vehicle overnight if needed, but please be aware that the venue will not OPEN until 12 PM on Sunday. You will not be able to access your vehicle before that time.
