We would like everyone to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time. This gives everyone the chance to find a seat or a spot to stand, get settled in, and be ready for the events taking place.

The dress code for our wedding is Western semi- formal. Jeans, boots and a button up shirt will do just fine. Ladies, a dress would be amazing, but jeans and a fancy shirt will do too.

It will be a mix of both indoors and outdoors. Bring a sweater or a coat if you're staying later into the night and wanting to keep warm.

Kids are welcome until 7pm. We adore your little ones and love seeing them, but we do not want to stress while celebrating the night so please have accommodations in place.

Unfortunately unless stated on your invite and/or RSVP, we do not have room for extra people. Our celebration is intimate and we are looking forward to knowing everyone we have invited.

We are unable to block hotel rooms so we recommend calling and booking one asap if you are attending and needing a room. Williams Lake has plenty of places to stay and if you have any questions feel free to reach out to either Colton or Raven

Thank you in advance for being on top of the RSVP. You can either mail back the card enclosed in your invitation or RSVP on the website. If you are having problems, please reach out.

We are not supplying food during the celebration so we kindly ask that you eat a full meal before arriving. Drinks are also the guests responsibility, we ask that you bring whatever you would like to drink during the evening. Wether that be water, pop, energy drinks or alcohol, please bring your own.

Please secure a safe ride to and from the celebration if you plan on drinking. We will not tolerate any drinking and driving on a normal night and tonight is no exception.

Once reading through our website, if you are still needing assistance with something please reach out to either Raven or Colton. They will try to get back to you as quickly as they can, but please remember they are preparing for the big day.

YES!! We will not have a photographer for the majority of our event so we want all the pictures. We will have a QR code to scan so everyone can upload the moments they capture. Obviously if you see a professional photographer trying to take pictures please be respectful and put your phone away for just a moment.
