https://www.hilton.com/en/attend-my-event/brittanysweddinghiltonlaromana/ We offer the option of booking using a Group Attendee Website ( USE CODE ABOVE) where Individual attendees pay for their own accommodations on Hotel’s dedicated internet website to make their room reservations online via credit card before the Cut-Off Date (45 days prior group´s arrival date). Any additional reservation processed after this date will be booked at the regular rates shown on the web page at the time of booking.
Your stay has to be 3 nights minimum
Deluxe garden view -1 king (Single occupant) $263 per night
Deluxe garden view -1 king (Double occupancy) $314 per night
Deluxe garden view -2 queens (Double occupancy) $314 per night
Deluxe garden view -2 queens (Double plus one) $479 per night
Guest Room Rates
The following will apply to the Guest Room Rates:
• Guest Room Rates are in US Dollars (USD), per person, per night under the all-inclusive plan, all service charges, gratuities and applicable taxes included (except for, where applicable, any “environmental fee” to be charged on a per room, per night basis). Should any government agency adjust these taxes or assess additional taxes before the Group’s arrival date. • The check in time is 3:00 P.M. The check-out time is 12:00 P.M.
ALL INCLUSIVE
The “All-Inclusive Plan” is offered as part of the Guest Room Rate and includes the following services and amenities:
• Breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service and snacks (private events not included)
• Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, bottled water, specialty coffees and teas at all of Hotel’s food and beverage outlets during their regular hours of operation • Basic Wi-Fi internet access
• Non-motorized water sports (exceptions apply)
• Mini bar drinks
• Exercise facilities, daytime tennis courts, table games, scheduled stage shows and mini club activities (where applicable)
• Gratuities
• All applicable taxes(unless stated otherwise). Please note that all meals and beverages are offered at Hotel’s restaurants and bars and are available during regular hours of operation. Services and amenities included in the “All-Inclusive Plan” but not used by guests shall not be exchanged for other services and do not qualify for discounts or refunds.
Other room options
For room categories not listed, such as pool view or ocean view, you will be subject to the listed price on your preferred booking channel (web, direct hotel reservation, travel agency) and must be booked separately without the group rate.
