The ceremony starts at 5:00 pm. Please arrive by 4:30 pm to leave plenty of time to find your seats and get settled in. If you are taking the shuttle from the hotel, the shuttle will leave the Courtyard Rockaway-Mt. Arlington promptly at 4:15 pm to arrive at Rock Island Lake Club in time for the 5:00 pm ceremony.

Yes, Rock Island Lake Club has plenty of parking for our guests including a valet service. For guests staying overnight at the hotel, please take advantage of the private shuttle service that will pick up and drop off at the Courtyard Rockaway-Mt. Arlington.

5:00-5:30 Ceremony - 5:30-7:00 Cocktail Hour - 7:00-10:30 Reception There will also be an optional after party at the Courtyard Rockaway-Mt. Arlington with a DJ until 2:00 am.

We have reserved the room block for both Thursday and Friday night. Guests will have the option to stay 1 or 2 nights within the wedding room block. For guests interested in staying overnight, we highly recommend booking a room as soon as possible as the hotel tends to fill up quickly due to other wedding venues in the area.

Yes! Guests will choose a plated meal when they RSVP online. When you RSVP, you will have the option to include any dietary restrictions or allergies.

The wedding ceremony will be held outside on the lake. In the event of inclement weather, the reception will be moved to the covered deck area that overlooks the lake. The reception will be held indoors with access to the outdoor covered deck and outdoor patio space with fire pits.

Semi-formal or cocktail attire is encouraged (suit & tie or button down shirt for men and a long or short dress for women), but please wear what you are most comfortable in!

We will have wedding photographers and videographers capturing this special moment! We ask our guests to be present in the moment with us and refrain from using cell phones during the ceremony. Photos are welcome during the cocktail hour and reception!

Yes. For the ceremony, there are multiple ramps and golf carts for extra assistance.

Yes! Please join us at the Courtyard Rockaway-Mt. Arlington for an after party in the hotel lobby. There will be a DJ until 2:00 am.
