Our Wedding

Tim and Raygan’s story starts out in a fitting way given both of their personalities. Longtime friends, they went with a group to Cabela’s one Friday evening after school. While there, they both began to talk more than they had in the past. Subsequently, the group attended Wild Wing Cafe for dinner, where Tim and Raygan were seated together. When it was time to head home, Raygan decided to ride back with Tim, who had driven himself alone to Cabela’s. The entire way back, she talked his ear off about recent updates in her life, since they had not seen each other for a while before Cabela’s. They departed that night with a deal to go to the gym together the next day, as Raygan was interested in a membership at the gym Tim attended. Workouts together as friends turned into getting meals together after, which then turned to spending more and more time together. Tim was in no position to pursue a relationship, as he would be attending a Military College under an Army Contract in a few short months. He knew an obligation to a girlfriend likely would make things difficult. But nonetheless, on May 31st 2021, Tim and Raygan began “officially” dating. The next few years would see moves to Virginia, months of separation, time apart as a result of Army training, and schedules busier than either of them could have imagined in high school. Through it all, Tim and Raygan’s love only grew. This culminated with a marriage proposal in the crisp Virginia air of October in 2023, to which Raygan promptly said yes. Now, on May 31st 2025, Tim and Raygan will be tying the knot on their 4th year since Tim asked Raygan out. They will be moving promptly after the wedding to wherever Active Duty sends Tim, and they both couldn’t be happier. We invite you to join us in Toccoa, Georgia to celebrate this very special day in both of our lives.
