Yes!
This was recently implemented, where international travelers must complete a Health Pass Form. You can complete this form before your flight departure to Bali. Once completed, you will receive a QR Code which will be used to confirm this has been completed. We suggest completing this when you have a chance to save time doing this at the airport. Please use the two links below for more details and the form itself. The website can be buggy at times, but once accessed, it shouldn't take longer than 5-10 minutes to complete. You will need your Passport #, flight information (including seat #), and previously visited countries.

What travel documents do I need to go to Indonesia?
You will need a valid US visa. with at least 2 blank pages Additionally the visa's expiration date needs to be greater than 6 months after your entry date (ie: April 2025)
You will also need the Visitor Visa B1 for tourism.
The Visa on Arrival (VOA) can be purchased at the airport or ahead of time online. However, we have read this line gets pretty crazy so we would advise trying to get the Visa prior to getting to Bali.
You may purchase the B1 eVisa online directly through the government's website. We have provided the link below if you wish to proceed with this process here. The cost is about 500K Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) which is roughly $35.
You must have your passport, take an appropriate selfie, and proof of your flight leaving Indonesia. You may register for this eVisa up to 90 days before travel and this allows less than 30 days of stay within Indonesia.
We have completed this process ourselves and while the website may not always work, we were able to get our Visas immediately. Please contact us if you need any help!

Bali Declarations Custom Form
Outside of the eVisa that we recommend applying online here to save hours of waiting in line, there is also a declaration page that must be completed prior to exiting the airport. While this can be done when you're at the airport, their wifi is supposedly slow and this can take some time. However, you can submit this form online 3 days prior to arriving in Bali to save time. We have provided the link below so we suggest completing this prior to arriving or on the plane if you pay for wifi. Upon completion, you will receive a QR code that you can scan to exit the airport.

Love Bali - Tourist Levy
As a form of support that aims to protect the customs, traditions, arts and culture, and local wisdom of the Balinese people. Bali has imposed a levy for the international tourist. This levy is 150K IDR (roughly $10) and this started on February of 2024.
We have heard that they have started to crack down on this and could potentially stop tourists on the street to confirm you have made this levy payment. To avoid running into any issues, you can make a payment with the link below. If you wish not to make this payment, you can take the risk.

Do you have any hotels or villas in the area you recommend to check out?
We have a list of hotels/villas that our wedding planner has provided to us. If you wish for us to share this with you, please let us know.
We have a few guests staying the Renaissance and if there are enough, we likely will help find a shuttle to help transfer you to the wedding ceremony/reception. This hotel is about 15 minutes away from the Ungasan by car.
