Is there a hotel block?
We were not able to find a hotel block, however we have many recommended hotels listed, as well as airbnbs available in the area and in Raleigh
Where is the venue in relation to Raleigh?
Raleigh is approx. an hour drive to/from the venue. We listed both hotels in Goldsboro and in Raleigh in case anyone had a preference to stay in the city for the weekend.
What to Wear?
Semi Formal Attire
Preferably red, green, black, or metallics, however you are welcome in any color!
Indoors or outdoors?
The wedding ceremony will be in an open air chapel. The location is covered, however it is open to the outside temperature (there are blankets if needed!)
the reception will be indoors, with an outside patio.
Are kids allowed?
Kids are allowed at the wedding, however we are trying to keep it at family primarily! We have them added to your party on the RSVP site.
Parking?
Parking is available at the venue. It is a short walk to the ceremony and reception area. If special accommodations are needed, please let us know. Thanks!
Where is the reception?
Both the ceremony and reception are at the same location, both areas are about a 2-3 minute walk to each other!
What should I expect after the ceremony?
The bride and groom will take pictures after the ceremony for approx. an hour, there will be beer, wine, and other drinks available along with some light snacks prior to dinner.
Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag (TBD) so we can see them, too!
