Yes! We will have a shuttle for guests running to and from the Fairfield Inn. The first shuttle will pick guests up at the hotel at 3:15pm and deliver them to the reception, and will deliver guests back to the hotel at the end of the reception.

Absolutely! We are planning to meet up at Wings Etc (across the parking lot from the hotels) for those who aren't quite ready to end the night at the reception. Feel free to join us in comfy clothes for some snacks and adult beverages.

To give all our of guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children other than those in the wedding party.

Both the ceremony and the reception will be held indoors, however, the reception venue does have an outdoor area with heaters, games and seating.
