Yes! We have chosen the "Formal Garden Party Attire" dress code to accommodate the springtime ceremony! Feel free to research this attire for inspiration on what to wear for our big day. *Please note: We kindly ask that you do not wear white, flip flops, hats, or jeans of any kind*
Can I bring a date?
Once you receive your formal invitation, if a guest has been granted in your honor, it will clearly say so! If a guest was not stated on your formal invitation, we ask that you please respect our decision to keep our wedding ceremony/reception as intimate as possible.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you arrive NO LATER than 15 minutes before the designated ceremony time. This will give you time to park, sign our guest book and find your seat for the ceremony. If you are unable to make it to the 4:00PM ceremony time, we ask that you please watch the ceremony from a far and join us during cocktail hour!
What if I don't RSVP?
Due to the high demand from our vendors/venue, we have to provide a final headcount by March 1st. With that being said, we will only be able to accommodate to the guest who RSVP. If your children and/or plus one have been accommodated on your formal invitation, please RSVP them as well!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! We ask that you drink responsibly and moderately while still enjoying your time with friends and family. Beer + Wine + Signature Cocktails will be provided for you during cocktail hour and the reception. We recommend you have a sober ride home to accommodate you if you choose to drink.
Can I take pictures on my phone?
We have decided that we are going to have an unplugged ceremony! This means that we kindly ask you to put all cellphones and electronics away while the bride & groom meet and exchange vows. We have hired professionals to capture this sweet moment and we promise to share the gallery with you once we receive it. During the reception/cocktail hour, feel free to take selfies with your friends and family as we celebrate being The Sayre's!
