Downtown Portsmouth is a great area to walk around and find something to do! It is very lively in the summers. I encourage you to make a dinner reservation, walk around and shop, and check out some of the fun bars! It is easy to Uber in and out of, and the overall area is pretty small, so you can walk various places too see what peaks your interests.
