The ceremony and dance floor will be outdoors if weather permits, the rest of the wedding day events will be held indoors.

We recommend that you arrive an hour to 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time & we can get the party started as scheduled.

Our venue has lots of parking available on site and just a short walk to where the ceremony & reception will take place.

Although we love our little ones, our wedding is going to be adults only so that everyone can relax & enjoy the night. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

We know some of our guests have gluten allergies and others are vegetarian. The dinner served will be able to accommodate both gluten free & vegetarian diets.

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, as we would like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to take and post photos using our wedding hashtag #PartywiththeOlsons so we can see them too!
