While the French Quarter is certainly worth checking out, we also highly recommend visiting Frenchman Street for live jazz music and Magazine Street for shopping and restaurants. It is hard to go wrong with food in New Orleans, but we have included a few of our favorite spots below, as well as some fun activities and places of interest.

If you're looking for an adventure . . .
A great way to see the Garden District and to get around. It runs between Downtown/ French Quarter and Uptown.
