What is a Welcome Party?

For those traveling into town the evening before the wedding, we would love to host a welcome party to kick off the weekend. The party will follow the rehearsal and allow for friends and family to be together and mingle!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony (start time is 4:30pm) to ensure everyone has time to find a seat before we start the ceremony. The gate allowing access to the venue will be closed when the ceremony is about to start and will not be re-opened until the ceremony is over.

How Do I Get to the Wedding? Will Transportation be Provided?

To allow guests to travel safely, we will have a shuttle bus running from the Tru by Hilton Hotel to the venue prior to the ceremony, as well as after the reception. Kristal Limousine will be picking up guests from hotel between 3:30-4:15 pm and will be available to take any guests back to the hotel at any time. Guest are also welcome to commute on their own as there is self-parking on-site at the venue. Uber and Lyft is available but may be limited.

Are Kids Invited?

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to host a "toddler free" wedding. Please no children under the age of 7.

Am I allowed to Bring a Plus One?

Unfortunately there is a limit on the amount of guests we can invite and cannot accommodate everyone. If we have allowed you a plus one we have listed them on your invitation and on your RSVP profile.

Where can I find the Preferred Hotel Room Block and Information?

Our Preferred Hotel is Tru by Hilton. They have offered our guests a room block and you can find this information along with the link/room code on the Travel page. Tahlequah has multiple hotels options to choose from as all hotel options will be within 5-10 minutes of the venue making for easy travel to and from the venue. Tahlequah also offers a variety of Airbnb options that you can choose from as well. If you choose to stay on the outskirts of Tahlequah the travel time may vary.

What is the Dress Code?

The dress code for our wedding is Semi-Formal / Cocktail attire. Our Ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. Please wear what you are comfortable in and can join us on the dance floor at the reception!

Unplugged Ceremony details

Kindly turn off your cell phones and cameras to be fully present during our ceremony. Feel free to take as many pictures as you would like at the reception. We will happily share the photos that are captured today!

Please bring your favorite recipe (or have a picture) to share with the Newlyweds! There will be a table setup to write your recipe and add to our collection.

Will there be an Open Bar?

Yes, we will have beer, seltzers, and plenty of liquor. We recommend you taking the shuttle to and from our wedding venue to ensure you get home safely!
