What time will the ceremony start and reception end?
The wedding ceremony will promptly start at 5:00. The ceremony will be followed by cocktail hour and the reception. Due to Malibu's strict noise curfew, the reception will end at 10:30 PM. Please visit our 'After Party' tab for more information on events following the reception.
When do the shuttles pick up and drop off?
Shuttles will pick up promptly at 3:45 PM. Please arrive at the Fairmont hotel on time to make your shuttle as there is no parking on site at the venue and ride share drop off at the venue is strictly prohibited.
How do I get to and from the venue?
Shuttles will be provided to take guests to the wedding venue from The Fairmont Miramar and back. Shuttles will be leaving for the venue at approximately 4:00 PM and return following the reception. Please visit the 'Travel' tab for more information.
What should I wear?
Both our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. In June, Malibu (on average) has highs reaching up to 80 degrees and lows reaching down to 60 degrees. We are requesting that all of our guests dress in semi-formal or cocktail attire.
Am I allowed to bring plus-ones or children?
If "and guest", your plus-one's name, or "family" is written on your wedding invitation, then they are invited. Otherwise, because of limited venue space, we unfortunately cannot accommodate plus-ones or children beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand our decision and are excited to celebrate with you!
Will there be an open bar?
There will be an open bar with multiple wine and beer options as well as signature drinks and select liquors/mixers.
