"Rebecca and Kailey worked together at Best Buy in Wichita, KS from 2013-2015. They were two friends in a group of 4 inseparable girls. They started to learn more about one another through time to form an unbelievable bond. They did not expect to find themselves worried to tell their best friends they were falling for eachother.
Becca and Kailey began dating December of 2014, and life began fast. While both still young, life's ups and downs took over the couple who wanted this to be their forever.
The upside took Kailey on a journey of self-love and determination for successful growth. The Upside-Down took Becca on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Rebecca and Kailey were separated from 2016 to 2022, where they both tried to find a life with engagements and plans they longed for; but nothing ever felt quite right, the way it does when they are together.
Life brought the two back together at the beginning of 2022, where Kailey reached out to Becca in regards to the Yellowcard skateboard she couldn't throw away knowing it meant a lot to her. They began talking and sharing their stories of the last 6 years, to realize their love had never burned out. Kailey moved to Tennessee to continue rekindling the love that remained in both of their hearts since 2014.
Rebecca brought Kailey to a string of Yellowcard shows, as she promised to do before their breakup in 2016, with a strong plan in mind. Knowing Kailey was meant to be by her side all along, Rebecca proposed to Kailey during the Yellowcard show in Tampa on July 23rd, 2023, while "With You Around" was sang loud around them and through their souls.
With a shared love and passion for music, all things Disney, playing Lego video games together, their dogs Nala and Cora, traveling and so many other things to list, their plans for life and destined to be explored."
Our wedding will be a celebration of Love, Family, Friendship, and bonds formed along our journey. We wish to commit to one another in front of the people who have stuck with us through the last 10 years.
