Our Story

Once upon a time, in an outlet mall food court, a chance encounter sparked the beginning of a beautiful love story. Six years ago, Lewis, a manager at Under Armour with a fondness for Moe's Southwest Grill crossed paths with a spirited manager overseeing several restaurants in the mall, including Moe's.&nbsp; Both had partners at the time, but fate had its plans. Lewis would often grace the long lunchtime lines at Moe's, making his simple meal selection with minimal words but maximum charm. To the observant manager, Rebecca, his gratitude in the form of a heartfelt, and high pitched "thank you" delivered in his charming voice and with a smile was a cherished highlight of many busy days. Life took its course, and she moved on from that job, accepting that the mysterious, handsome stranger, whose presence always made her day, was but a fleeting memory. Glances exchanged in passing between Under Armour and Moe's were the extent of their interactions. Fast forward one year—now single, she found herself on Hinge, a dating app. With no real expectations, she swiped through profiles until a picture of a tall, athletic man caught her eye. His profile humorously screamed "gym bro," and boasted of being 6'5" with an impressive background as a former professional basketball player. Intrigued yet wary of being out of her league, she bravely swiped right. To her surprise and delight, they matched! Their conversation flowed easily yet, hidden was the truth of their shared past. It was only when discussing their jobs, when he mentioned working at Under Armour, that the pieces of the puzzle dramatically fell into place. Love, in its sweet serendipity, had brought them back to each other, reminding them that fate can indeed have a sense of humor. Their story was no longer just about chance meetings in a crowded food court but about rediscovered connections, shared dreams, and the beautiful beginning of a life together, filled with laughter, love, and endless "thank yous."
