RSVPs
How do I RSVP?
Our RSVPs will be done primarily online through the Knot! Alternatively, feel free to text or call the bride or groom:
Rebecca: 937-829-0199
Logan: 937-956-8843
When Should I RSVP?
Please RSVP before Saturday, May 18, 2024, so we can give our vendors a final headcount.
The Venue
Where is the ceremony? Where is the reception?
The ceremony and reception will both be held at Sparks Springs Farm (2915 Sears Rd, Spring Valley, OH 45370). The ceremony will be held outside in the grass, and the reception will be held inside the barn.
Where should I park?
Once you arrive to the venue, the gravel driveway will lead you to the barn (on the left). Our lovely hosts, Mr. & Mrs. Sparks, will be directing parking into the pasture behind the barn. There will be plenty of free, on-site parking for all of our guests!
Accommodations
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
We have come to the conclusion that the few guests we have traveling have very different accommodation preferences, and we'd like for everyone to stay wherever they're most comfortable. While we will not be reserving a block of rooms, our "Travel" tab lists a few hotels between Fairborn and Spring Valley that may be helpful to those looking for a hotel.
Dress Code
What should I wear?
For our barn wedding, we recommend dressy casual/semi-formal. Please keep in mind that our June wedding is likely to be warm, although it is also subject to Ohio's spontaneous weather. Thin heels are not recommended, as the ground may be soft.
Examples
Dressy Casual/Semi-Formal (Men): Nice jeans or slacks and a nice button-down dress shirt, with dress boots or dress shoes.
Dressy Casual/Semi-Formal (Women): Sundress or dressy separates, like a nice top and skirt, with dress boots, nice sandals, or wedges.
(Bonus if you have a nice cowboy/cowgirl hat!)
Children & Plus-Ones
Can I bring a Plus One?
Due to the large size of our families, we have only allowed plus-ones for select guests. When you RSVP in the Knot, you will see the names of those invited, and may accept or decline for each person. For example, if John Doe has a plus-one, he will also see "John's Guest".
Can I bring my kids?
Yes! We have done our best to include the children from all families in our guest list and invitations. If you believe there was a mistake regarding the amount of guests or the names on your RSVP, please contact me via text or email so I can correct it! (See below)

We will have a beer & wine bar, with some other canned options such as seltzers and malt beverages.
NOTE:
No guest is permitted to bring their own alcohol onto the property.
Disorderly guests may be removed.
Vehicles may be left overnight if necessary, but must be gone by 12pm the following day (Sunday, June 9, 2024). Any cars remaining at 12pm will be towed at the owner's expense.
Registry & Gifts
Where can I find your registry?
Our registry is linked to the "Registry" tab.
Where should I send wedding gifts?
If you would like to celebrate with a gift, feel free to ship directly to our home address:

The Day-Of Itinerary
What is the Wedding Day Itinerary?
The current itinerary for the wedding day goes as follows:
Ceremony: 4:30pm-5:00pm
Cocktail Hour: 5:00pm-6:00pm
Reception: 6:00pm-9:45pm
Send-Off: 10:00pm

What time should I arrive?
For our 4:30pm ceremony, we ask that guests arrive no later than 4:20pm to ensure that there is plenty of time for guests to park their vehicles, walk to the ceremony location, and find a seat before the ceremony begins.
Picture Policy
Can I take pictures of your ceremony?
We ask that guests refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony, so that our guests remain present in the moment with us, and so our talented photographers can capture the moment without the interference of cell phones.
Can I take pictures of your reception?
Absolutely! We are so excited to see our reception from all perspectives! We are planning to set up a GuestPix album so our guests can upload wedding photos and videos through QR codes and links. More information to come!
Can I post your wedding on social media?
Yes! We ask that guests use our wedding hashtag so we can easily find the memories you've captured!
