Full payment is due before January 2, 2024.

You have 90 days to give a down payment of $150/person (due by July 21st, 2023. This down payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable. This will secure your seat on the plane and your room. The full payment is not due until 60 days before we leave on the trip (January 1st, 2024). If you don't give a down payment, you can decide to go later on... but you will not be able to get the group rate and it will most likely be more expensive. No pressure! If you cannot make it, we will be throwing a party when we get back and would love it if you could join us for that - details to follow.

Everything! From alcohol/drinks, food and activities, to flights, baggage and transfers. You get a carry-on and a checked bag (max. 50 lbs) per person.

It is highly recommended to get travel insurance to ensure that you are covered just in case. Nancy our travel agent would be happy to quote you and send you details of what is covered. It is your call - totally optional!

Beach formal means we understand that the resort is on a beach, however we would still like everyone to be presentable for photos. See below for inspirations!
