It all began on the soccer field in March 2021. We met while playing intramural soccer, where Rebecca's fierce competitiveness and John's athleticism quickly made us teammates and friends.

Our first date was a home run—literally! In July 2021, John took Rebecca to an Astros game. Between the crack of the bat and the cheers of the crowd, we discovered our shared love for sports, adventure, and each other.

John was born and raised in Chicago, while Rebecca is a true Houstonian (5th generation Houstonian to be exact). Despite our different hometowns, we found common ground and built a life together in Houston.

Since then, we've been inseparable. Our adventures have taken us to Canada, Mexico, and all over the states. We explored new places and created unforgettable memories. Our little family grew when we adopted Hazel, our lovable, goofy dog who brings endless joy and energy to our days.
