This event is planned to be held on the hotel's terrace. Please dress accordingly. However, because weather is unpredictable, the Welcome Dinner may be moved inside if necessary. Parking is available in the hotel parking garage next to the hotel's main entrance. Signage will be in place at the hotel to guide you to where the party will be.
