Our wedding is a black tie affair. We encourage all of our guests to dress to the nines for an elegant evening. For men, this may mean a tuxedo or dark suit and for ladies this could be an evening gown or fancy dress. We look forward to seeing all of our favorite people dressed their best!

Pleasantdale Chateau is located at 757 Eagle Rock Avenue, West Orange, NJ 07052. The chateau is wheelchair accessible, if you need any particular accessibility accommodations please send an email to thefuturemlots@gmail.com.

Yes! There are also a limited number of rooms available at Pleasantdale Chateau. Please refer to your invitation for more information on how to book one of the Chateau rooms. Please be advised, the Chateau rooms are only available 1/17/25-1/18/25. If you are staying the night before the wedding, and you would like a Chateau room for the night of the wedding, you must book a room at the Residence Inn for 1/16/25 and then the Chateau for 1/17/25.

We will be providing transportation to and from the Marriott Residence Inn West Orange. The shuttle bus schedule is as follows: 5:30 pm - Pick up from Residence Inn to Pleasantdale 5:50 pm - Pick up from Residence Inn to Pleasantdale 11:30pm - Pick up from Pleasantdale to Residence Inn 12:00 am - Pick up from Pleasantdale to Residence Inn 1:00 am - Pick up from Pleasantdale to Residence Inn 2:00 am - Pick up from Pleasantdale to Residence Inn

We kindly ask all of our guests to only RSVP for the people who the invitation was addressed to. We appreciate your understanding.

While we love your children, we are having an adult only affair with the exception of the children in the bridal party. We appreciate your understanding.

The doors to the chateau will open at 6:00pm for all guests. Please enjoy a welcome drink as you walk through the chateau prior to our ceremony. At 6:30pm the ceremony will begin. Immediately following the ceremony is the cocktail hour, followed by the reception which will end at 12 midnight. The fun doesn’t stop there as the after party will take place from 12- 2 am and everyone is invited to keep partying the night away! The following morning there will also be a farewell breakfast at the chateau from 8:30-11 am, which all of our guests are invited to.

While our ceremony starts at 6:30pm, the doors to the chateau will open at 6:00pm for all guests. Please feel free to come at that time and explore the historic chateau while enjoying a welcome drink.

No! The wedding ceremony starts at 6:30pm and the cocktail hour will start immediately following the ceremony.

All components of our wedding will be indoors. However, there are outdoor areas that you are free to explore and there will be outdoor heaters in those areas.

The reception ends at 12 midnight. Immediately following the reception will be the after party, which will also be at the chateau. The after party will take place from 12-2am.

Absolutely! There will be a farewell breakfast at the Chateau on January 18th for all of our guests!

In an effort to be completely present with not just each other but, with our family and friends during our wedding ceremony, we are having an unplugged ceremony. We are asking that all of our guests refrain from taking pictures or videos during the ceremony and instead please be present with us and watch the ceremony through your own eyes and not through your phone’s camera. Once the ceremony ends, feel free to take all the pictures and videos you want until the night is over! We appreciate your understanding and respect of our wishes for our ceremony.

Our wedding date is actually the 5 year anniversary of our first date. We didn’t pick the date because of that, we didn’t actually realize this romantic coincidence until 7 months away from the wedding!
