The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat.

In the middle of October it should be a nice day in the 50s or 60s with some cloud coverage. Dress on the warmer side since the ceremony will be outside barring any rain.

The ceremony and reception are taking place at the same location. Irons Mill Farmstead in New Wilmington, PA 252 Greenfield Rd, New Wilmington, PA 16142

The ceremony will be outdoors unless there is inclement weather, then it will be moved inside. The main reception hall is inside the barn and their will be areas outside the barn to hang out at during the reception.

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall, where we will be serving finger foods and beverages during a cocktail hour.

Due to the space limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony. We apologize in advance to those who are not included.

From Pittsburgh/Beaver Take I-376W towards New Castle. Stay on I-376W and take exit 2 (West Middlesex) and turn right off of ramp onto PA-18 South. Go 1 mile and make slight left onto Buckwalter Rd. Stay straight through two stop signs (3 miles) and Irons Mill Farmstead is on the right. From Cranberry Twp/Wexford From PA Turnpike I-76W take exit 10 (New Castle/Pittsburgh) towards I-376. Turn left and merge onto I-376W. Take exit 2 (West Middlesex) and turn right off of ramp onto PA-18 South. Go 1 mile and make light left onto Buckwalter Rd. Stay straight through two stop signs (3 miles) and Irons Mill Farmstead is on the right. From Butler Take US-422W to I-376W. Take exit 2 (West Middlesex) and turn right off of ramp onto PA-18 South. Go 1 mile and make slight left onto Buckwalter Rd. Stay straight through two stop signs (3 miles) and Irons Mill Farmstead is on the right.

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Parking is free and right next to the barn.

Only the children that are in the bridal party are allowed. While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Yes! A wheelchair ramp leads into the reception area and the ceremony is on a flat surface.

We will have a hotel block and we will update this question when we do. If you have further questions concerning this before that happens feel free to reach out to Rebecca or Wade. There are many hotels in the surrounding Hermitage and New Castle areas.

We will provide an RSVP on the wedding invitations when those are sent out.

There will three different hors d’oeuvres served by Medures Catering. There will be pop, water, and coffee during this time that will be at the bar. No alcoholic drinks will be served, this is a dry wedding.

Yes, dinner will consist of three different entrees and three different side dishes that will be served in buffet style.

Gluten free options will be available as well as vegetarian.
