The epic Waters/Loftus wedding is fast approaching! Below is a list of events that include pre-wedding functions and official wedding events you are welcome to join in on while you’re here. We’re sending this out so you can use this information to make your plans. We hope you can spend some free time relaxing and visiting the beautiful beach or other local fun sites.

We are so excited to celebrate with you.

Below is an overview of the area where everyone will be staying, the hotels, bridal party bed & breakfast, and the Waters family home in between.

For those who will be in town Wednesday night, please join us for the Waters Family Welcome Fish Fry.

Come as you are, no need to dress up – leggings, jeans, t-shirt- whatever you’re comfortable in. Come relax at the Waters Family home & enjoy delicious FL seafood, hush puppies & FL Orange Ambrosia.

There will be cornhole, darts and the beach just across the street!

Beer, wine and soda provided, BYOB if you have a particular drink/liquor you like.

No collared shirts allowed!

Is your Birthday in April?

Join us for homemade ice cream and cake for April Babies of all ages!

Explore historic downtown shopping, hit the hometown breweries & restaurants, or grab some beach rentals! No matter what you decide to do with free time Thursday, all guests are continuously invited to the Waters home to stop by for a bite to eat, visit the beach or just relax and hang out. We will have snacks and beverages, cornhole, darts and more throughout the week and weekend.

Please consider the Waters Family home an open landing spot for anything you may need.

· Wedding Rehearsal – 4:30 PM – Immediate Family and Bridal Party only.

Guests are to begin arriving at 4:00 PM

Ceremony begins at 4:30 PM



TRANSPORTATION

Transportation will begin picking up guests outside of the Element Melbourne Oceanfront

(2655 N Hwy A1A, Melbourne, FL 32903) at 3:30PM sharp in the following vehicles:

Black Mercedes Sprinter Van

Black Ford Starcraft Mini-bus

Black F550 Limo Bus

Pick Up time: 330pm Sharp

Drop Off location: Up the Creek Farms

3590 Valkaria Road, Grant-Valkaria, FL

Transportation will be provided back to the Element & Crown Royal hotels starting between 900-10pm, but should you need to return sooner, they will be on property and available to transfer anytime throughout the reception if need be.

A separate bus Black Ford 550 Party bus will drop the Bridal Party & guests off at Port D’Hiver following the reception.

PLEASE NOTE:

Transportation is being provided for guests who have elected to stay at the Element Melbourne Oceanfront & Crown Royal Melbourne Hotels. If you have elected to stay elsewhere, you are not accounted for in our transportation manifest.

IF YOU ARE NOT STAYING AT EITHER THE ELEMENT OR CROWN ROYAL, PLEASE KNOW YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING YOURSELF AND YOUR PARTY TO AND FROM THE VENUE.

For any still around Saturday, bring a towel, umbrella, cooler, drinks, and snacks and enjoy some time together with the newlyweds on the beach with games, drinks and sunshine.
