Please dress to impress in your best spring colored formal attire! We can’t wait to dance the night away with our favorite people. Suggested attire: Ladies: Floor length dress, cocktail dress, dressy jumpsuit, dressy separates Gentlemen: Suit, shirt and tie, sports coat

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite and under your RSVP. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends.

While we love all the kids in our lives, we ask that guests refrain from bringing kids. We are hoping this a much deserved night off for the parents!

The ceremony begins at promptly at 4:30PM. Please arrive between 4:00pm and 4:15pm in order to find a seat and socialize before the ceremony begins. For guests staying at Embassy Suites using the shuttles we are providing, shuttles will be leaving Embassy Suites promptly at 3:45PM. We recommend guests arrive to board the shuttle at Embassy suites at 3:30PM.

There is parking onsite at Butternut. If necessary, guests may leave their cars at Butternut overnight, however, they must be removed from the lot by 10am Sunday morning. For guests staying at the Embassy Suites, we have organized transportation please refer to the transportation question for more information.

Yes! We have a block of rooms available at Embassy Suites in Marlborough, MA with a buffet breakfast included for hotel guests on Sunday morning, 6/8/2025. Please refer to the "Accommodations" tab for more information and the link to book. Note: you must book your room by May 7, 2025 to get the reduced block rate.

We are providing transportation for guests staying at the hotel. Shuttles will leave Embassy Suites at 3:45 PM to arrive at Butternut golf course for the ceremony. We recommend guests arrive to board the shuttles at 3:30 PM. The shuttles will bring Guest back to Embassy Suites following the reception. It is important to note, for guests that are only staying at Embassy Suites Saturday night, check in does not start until 4 PM, therefore, if you plan to use our transportation, you will need to arrive at the hotel prior to checking in. Check-in will be available after the reception for our guests.
