We ask that guests please not enter the Botanical Gardens until 4:30pm. Please be aware that this is the day of the University of Michigan Homecoming Game starting at 12pm so there may be extra traffic due to that event. We suggest factoring this possible delay into your travel time.
Can I take pictures/videos on my phone?
We ask that you please do not take pictures or record during our ceremony, but we highly encourage you to take selfies, pictures, and videos during our reception and cocktail hour! We'd love to see the memories from every angle!
Where do I park and do I have to pay?
You do not need to pay for parking! When you arrive to the botanical gardens, park in a numbered space and note the spot number. When you walk into the vistors center, let the workers at the desk know you're there for our wedding and give them your spot number, they'll take care of the rest!
Can I add an extra person to my invitation / Do I get a plus one?
Unfortunately, due to limited capacity in our venue only names listed on the Invitation/RSVP may attend.
How do I get to the perennial garden?
When you arrive and park, head straight to the welcome center, from there you will see signs and guides to take you through the conservatory to our ceremony space in the perennial garden!
Can I walk around the Botanical Gardens?
When you arrive at 4:30 feel free to explore the conservatory and perennial garden prior to the start of the ceremony. Once cocktail hour begins, we have access to all of the botanical gardens so explore at your lesiure and take as many pictures as you want! (but please be aware the wedding party will be taking photos during this time as well!)
