Our Wedding

Max and I first met when he was in 5th grade and I was in 6th grade. One night, after our first 6th grade dance, a group of girls&nbsp;and I were hanging out in a friend's backyard (which happens to be right behind Max's backyard). Max and Tanner&nbsp;(best man)&nbsp;decided to come sneak up on us, both scaring us and giving us a good laugh,&nbsp;and there began Max and I 's friendship.&nbsp;

We stayed friends for years after that--we&nbsp;even "dated" once for a week in junior high. Fast forward to summer of 2015 (just after my junior year and Max's sophomore), we decided to stop just being friends! Just before we started dating, my friend Alana (bridesmaid) asked if I&nbsp;was interested in Max, and I replied, "Well I don't really know if I&nbsp;like him, but I think I'm gonna marry him."&nbsp;

We've been through a lot of life changes since 2015--graduating high school, moving out of our parents' houses, starting college, and choosing careers--but Max has been a constant support in every part of my life.&nbsp;

We'd always had the intention of dating with the possibility of marriage, but that always seemed like a far off dream of mine. But, on February 3rd, 2019, that was no longer a dream, but a reality, when Max got down on one knee and asked me to marry him!&nbsp;

We know that our relationship and marriage&nbsp;are good gifts from the Lord that are only possible by His grace to us. We are so excited to enter into this covenant together and to share our wedding day with all of you!
