Cuddy and I met on a dating app called "hinge". Neither of us were really looking for anything too serious. Cuddy was new to the area and wasn't really planning on staying in MN after school and I was basically sick of the dating scene at this point and apparently it showed in my profile.

During our first date Cuddy asked me about my profile. This caught me a little off guard because he had actually paid attention and read it! I admitted I was a little frustrated with the dating scene when I'd had updated my profile most recently, Cuddy admitted he read it and thought "I need to get to know this girl more".

There was an instant ease on our date and flow, we were able to joke around laugh. Cuddy's shyness and quiet vibe caught me a little off guard but was refreshing. We both felt at ease and comfortable. Cuddy didn't have a car yet as he just moved to MN about 3 weeks before; as I drove him home we joked that he didn't give off serial killer vibes from during the date! Cuddy made me a cup of African coffee which was quite delish before I drove home;

Cuddy had told me he was a little shy before the date so I gave him a very nice innocent good night kiss. For real people.

Owen was excited to hear about and meet Cuddy. Emma, being a little more reserved and protective of me wasn't as excited as Owen but still happy for me and ready to see who and what I kept talking and smiling about.

So here we are. Ready to say "I do" and make some dreams a reality!

It's never to late to fall in love again and you're never too old to decide to be happy!

After the 2nd date I blew up mine too.

We felt like they have known each other for years even though it's been a short time. We are very different but also very alike and have fun learning and exploring with each other and yes, we laugh a lot when I can't understand Cuddy's accent.
