It would be very helpful if you can RSVP when you receive your invitation. The last day to RSVP is October 16. 2024. If we do not receive an RSVP by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend. We will miss you on our wedding weekend; however, we have to provide the total guest count to our vendors in a timely manner.

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us on our wedding day! Black tie attire is encouraged.

Hotel Kansas City offers valet parking for $30. Guests staying at The President may want to forego driving if weather permits as the venue is a 3-minute walk door to door. There are also several nearby garages and street parking opportunities. We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before our 4:00 pm ceremony time. Pre-ceremony refreshments will be served. If you are late and the ceremony has started, we ask that you stand in the back until the ceremony is finished and then join us at cocktail hour!

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We hired two amazing photographers to capture all special moments. Although we request that you silence and put away all phones during the ceremony, you are more than welcome to bring out your cameras and phones during the reception! #CheerstoCharochak
