Caleb and Becky met in 2021 through intramural frisbee at Point Loma… but neither were interested or even remembered each others names. It wasn’t until a couple of years later when Caleb graduated and Becky still had 1.5 years of nursing school left that they reconnected through a mutual friend (and the help of a dating app). What followed was the 5+ hour-long first date, and eventually to Caleb agreeing to go to Mexico City with Becky and her friends before they even started officially dating. They've had lots of travels, park days, Caleb's surgeries, home-cooked dinners, and San Diego exploration since then and both couldn't be happier with the journey of getting to know each other's soul. Caleb turned out to be the most kind-hearted, resilient, intelligent, and sacrificial man she had ever known. Becky turned out to be the coolest, funniest, and humble person he'd ever known (becky is, in fact, writing this right now).
