What time should I arrive?
Music will begin at 3:00 PM, and the ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 PM
Where should I stay?
We have rooms blocked at the Holiday Inn in Wooster! See the Travel tab for more information! There are other hotels in the area you are welcome to stay at, however if you are wanting to utilize the shuttle service you will need to be at the Holiday Inn for transportation.
How do I get there?
There is parking at the venue, and we are also offering a shuttle from the hotel to the ceremony, and back, at the end of the night! We want everyone to have a stress-free night and enjoy themselves.
Where is the reception?
The reception is at the same place as the ceremony! Once we say our I Do's, you will be directed to the bottom portion of the barn for cocktail hour.
Can I bring my kids?
While we adore all of your children, we thought you might enjoy a date night! We have decided on an adults only event. Thank you for understanding!
What if it rains on the big day?
We are planning for our wedding ceremony to be outside. Living in Ohio, we know how unpredictable the weather can be! If rain is in the forecast, we have a plan to move the ceremony inside so there won't be any flat hair or soggy shoes!
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited venue space, we unfortunately cannot accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the invitation. If "and guest" is on your invitation you can bring someone. We hope you understand!
Is there a dress code?
We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for the big day. For men, this means a polo or button down shirt with khakis or dress pants. For women, a dress or jumpsuit would be perfect. Wear whatever color you would like, but please no blue jeans or white!
What should I do if I can't make it?
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the ceremony or reception please let us know as soon as possible by navigating to the RSVP tab, so we can plan accordingly. If there are any questions feel free to reach out to Conner or Reece!
When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by July 7th. This will help us finalize all of the details to ensure everyone has a great time on our special day.
