Our Wedding

God had an amazing plan for us to meet and fall in love and it all began with a few games of pickleball in August of 2024. Reece and his friends usually play trivia on Monday nights downtown but there was a concert which led to it being canceled. They decided to go play pickleball at Belknap park instead. Meanwhile, Annica's close friend Baily asked if she wanted to play pickleball and suggested to play at Belknap. When we showed up to play it was CRAZY busy and we couldn't find an open court. We were walking around deciding if we should stay when the kindest man (Reece) asked if we wanted to join him and his friends on their court. Annica and Baily attempted to defeat Reece and his friend but gracefully lost by more than a few points. After a few guys vs. girls, Reece's friend Taylor subtly suggested to Reece to "ask if they want to play split doubles." Reece then offered it up, and Annica chose to stay on the same side of the court as Reece, winning both games. I guess you could say the rest is history. We went on our first date shortly after that day. God has truly helped us grow in love from that day forward and we are so excited to begin the next chapter of our lives together on May 16th!
