Four years ago, Reece started a new job teaching Special Needs Preschool, where she quickly became friends with her coworker, Jennifer. Over time, Jennifer became like family—and so did her family! Every once in a while, Reece would hear about Jennifer’s stepbrother, Charlie. She was intrigued, but their paths never crossed. Even Charlie’s mom, Mary, once said, “I just wish you’d meet and date my son!” But life had other plans—until the timing was just right. Fast forward a few years, and Jennifer had a sudden stroke of matchmaking genius. She texted Charlie, “I have a prospect for you,” to which he—currently sitting in a deer stand—replied, “Is it a deer?” (Fair question.) She sent the same text to Reece, and minutes later, Reece received a message from Charlie that would change both of their lives forever. Eager to plan an unforgettable first date, Charlie briefly considered a couples massage (pro tip: do not do this for a first date). After a good laugh, he pivoted to a more classic approach—he showed up with flowers, took Reece out for tacos, and then challenged her to a game of mini golf at Putt Shack. When the night felt too good to end, they kept it going—ice skating and wandering around Atlantic Station for hours. It was, simply put, the perfect first date. From that night on, Charlie and Reece were inseparable. Whether cheering on the Bulldogs or Braves, playing pickleball, taking Bronco rides, or just binge-watching their favorite shows on the couch with the dogs, every moment together has been filled with fun, laughter, and love. Then, on Valentine’s Day 2025, after a romantic dinner in Roswell, Charlie got down on one knee as they took a photo to remember the night—and asked Reece to marry him. Charlie and Reece are beyond excited for this next chapter of their lives and are eager to see what the Lord has in store.

We’re saying “I do” under the Georgia sun, so we’re aiming for dressy casual to semi-formal ambience — stylish, comfortable, and perfect for celebrating love in the summertime! Colors We Love:Timeless darks like black, charcoal, navy, emerald, and burgundy Keep it Cool:Breezy fabrics and lightweight styles are encouraged — think flowy dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and sharp shirts with dress pants or slacks (jackets optional if you prefer to stay cool). What to Skip:Neons and bright colors — we’re keeping the mood romantic and timeless. Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel fabulous — we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
