The ceremony will start promptly at 1:00pm so we recommend planning to arrive at the ceremony venue no later than 12:45pm. Cocktail hour will be hosted at the reception venue at 4:00pm.

The ceremony will be hosted at St Paul Roman Catholic Parish. Cocktail hour and reception will be hosted at Chateau Luxe Event Venue.

Modest attire is required for the ceremony. Please avoid cleavage, high slits, or bare backs in respect of the church. For the reception, we are requesting formal attire with no modesty restrictions - within reason! An ample time gap is planned between ceremony and reception for outfit changes if desired.

Complimentary self-parking is available at both the ceremony and reception venues.

Please RSVP via our wedding website by October 10.

Your child(ren) should be included within your invitation on the RSVP page. If they are not, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make arrangements if possible. We kindly ask that you do not just show up with them as we need to provide our vendors with accurate guest counts beforehand.

When you go to the RSVP page online, it will note whether or not we were able to allot a plus one. We are limiting additional guests to ensure we are celebrating with our closest friends and family. We also have to consider the venue's allowed capacity. If there is someone you would really like to bring, please reach out to us far in advance from the wedding date. There will not be extra seating for unexpected guests.

Please check with us first, especially if we don’t personally know the person you’d be bringing instead.

If you can no longer attend or originally said you couldn't but now can, PLEASE notify our wedding planner as soon as possible at krystal@gardeniawed.com. It’s extremely important we provide our venue and vendors with an accurate guest count.
