Layered opened in 2017 in historic downtown McKinney and offers brunch all day, handcrafted lattes and our not-so-bottomless mimosas.
This popular brunch spot is a local favorite, but early risers aren't the only guests that Layered receives. Mimicking prohibition-era nightlife, this hotspot transforms into a secret speakeasy after dark. The entrance? A Coca-Cola vending machine located on the far right patio. To visit, you must visit the "Room One Eleven" Facebook page and look at their Facebook Story to see the secret password, which changes each day. A guard disguised as a common tourist will be sitting next to the entrance, which you must repeat the password to in order to gain access.
Located on the north side of E. Virginia Street on the Historic Downtown Square.
