The DoubleTree Hotel will have 3 shuttles to the Harmac on wedding day at 3:00 pm, 3:15 pm & 3:30 pm. Upon check-in to the hotel, notify the front desk if you are interested in taking a shuttle.

Shuttle service back to the hotel from the Harmac will depend on availability. Call the front desk at (319) 731-4444 to check on shuttle availability. Uber and Lyft are great options (3 minute drive) or if you're wanting some exercise it is a short, flat 10 minute walk :)

For our family and friends that live a little further away, the Eastern Iowa Airport is the most convenient airport to fly into. It is located in Cedar Rapids and is a short 12-minute drive/uber to our venue and the DoubleTree Hotel.
