Our Story

Wedding Party

Health and Safety

We are so grateful to have the opportunity to celebrate this occasion with our loved ones in-person, and want to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for all in attendance. We will require all guests to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and its variations, and follow local guidelines regarding masking in indoor spaces. It is also highly encouraged to take a rapid or PCR test prior to the event to ensure the health of all guests and their families.

Preferred Attire

We aim to celebrate in style! Our reception will be black-tie optional/formal, meaning a suit and tie for the gents and a long dress for the ladies.

Children

While our wedding ceremony and reception will be adults only, we understand many of our guests will be traveling from out of town and will be bringing smaller family members. Children are invited to the welcome reception dinner and farewell breakfast events, and we ask that you denote the additional headcount in your RSVP.

Questions?

Please send any questions to zapertwedding@gmail.com and we will update this page with more FAQs as they come!

To limit transportation to and from the venue we recommend booking your stay at the Gideon Putnam, but have also provided additional room block options in downtown Saratoga.

The room block is booking quickly. Please call to make reservations and mention the Barlet/Zapert wedding to receive the correct rate. If there are no standard Queen/King rooms available, please ask what other rooms are available as there are 14 different room layouts.
