After a lot of consideration, we've decided to have an adults-only wedding, with the exception of the children in our wedding party. We hope you understand.

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, while the reception will be held inside.

Yes! We are providing round-trip transportation for those staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Suffolk Riverfront. We will have two 56 passenger buses. However, personal transportation is required if you plan to arrive/leave prior to the times transportation is provided. Additionally, transportation will not be provided if you intend to stay anywhere other than our chosen hotel. If you are not using our transportation, we ask that you arrive to the venue no later than 3:45 pm.

Yes, there is plenty of parking offered at the venue.

Cell service is very spotty leading up to the venue. Make sure you pull up directions while under WIFI if you are driving yourself. The venue itself has WIFI.

There is a strict no smoking policy of any kind on the venue's property.

Yes, party is on us!

We will be having an unofficial welcome party at the hotel bar on Friday, 5/8, around 8 pm. Drinks will be available for purchase at the bar.

The City of Suffolk mandates professional security for large events with alcohol being served. A commissioned police officer will be present for the ceremony and reception.
