Guest attire is black tie optional. We want our guests to have the opportunity to go all out and dress up as many of us don't get the chance to do so very often!
Appropriate dress for men includes a tuxedo or dark-colored suit. Appropriate dress for women includes floor-length gowns, cocktail length dresses, or formal pant suits.
Are there any colors guests should avoid wearing?
We want our guest to look and feel their best in whatever they choose. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing blue as the wedding party will be wearing various shades of the color.
When is the RSVP date and can I RSVP online?
We ask that you kindly RSVP by April 10th so that we may give our venue a headcount with ample time. The RSVP format will be card only, so there is no online RSVP option.
Are children invited to the ceremony and reception?
In order to allow all of our guests the chance to let their hair down, this will be an adult-only celebration. Thank you for your understanding!
Can I bring a plus one?
We are unfortunately at capacity with our venue and can only accommodate those listed on the formal invitation.
Is there a shuttle from the hotels to the venue?
Two shuttles will run from the hotel to the venue prior to the ceremony and two shuttles will run from the venue to the hotel at the end of the night.
Is there parking available at the venue?
The venue offers complimentary valet parking for those who would prefer to drive to themselves.
Will the wedding be outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. Cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors.
What if I have a dietary restriction or food allergy?
Please reach out to Reid or Eddie to let them know about any restrictions or allergies when you RSVP so they may let the venue know!
Is there time between the ceremony and the reception?
Cocktail hour and the reception will immediately follow the ceremony.
Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?
We have hired an excellent team of photographers that will beautifully capture our ceremony. We kindly ask that you do not take pictures during our ceremony unless specifically asked to do so by the bride, the groom, or the officiant.
Can I post pictures to social media of the bride and groom?
We kindly ask that you refrain from sharing photos or videos of the bride and groom to social media before they have had the chance to share photos themselves.
