It all started in September of 2022… sort of. We met then, but it wasn’t until March 2023 that things really began—thanks to a spilled drink. Peyton accidentally spilled a drink on Reile's shoe, and instead of laughing it off, he sincerely cleaned it. That unexpected gesture turned into our first conversation, and soon after, our first date: watching Elemental in theaters.

Peyton says he knew she was the one from that very first date. Reile knew when she looked down and saw her perfectly cleaned shoe—not because of the shoe, but because of the kind, thoughtful guy who cared enough to clean it.

Since then, life together has been full of quiet joys and shared adventures: weekends at the lake, chasing sunsets, and bingeing way too many shows. Nothing fancy, nothing complicated—just us.

The proposal was perfectly “us” too: simple, sweet, and full of love, right in our apartment.

If we had to describe our relationship in one word, it would be simple—in the best way. Loving each other has always felt natural, easy, and exactly right.
